Three-step interview process, comprising HR, technical and leadership interviews. All interviewers were focused in asking about previous employment and technical expertise in my field. All interviews were done via Teams and lasted for about an hour.

Interview
The entire process was professional and straightforward. Got interviewed by my direct boss, the department's manager and an external HR rep. Open and honest answers when describing the process the department was developing, as new policies, procedures and structural changes were being made.
