I didn't really receive an interview for this job. I applied for this job and the manager told me that he could tell that I was a good kid and hired me right there. None of my coworkers were interviewed either. Everyone I worked with was a good worker and great with the customers, so I think that he was just a really good judge of character. Aside from stealing, this job is so easy anyone could do it and I think that he acknowledged that and saw the job for what it was.
