They reached out to me via handshake, email, phone-call, and we had an online code-interview. The interview was related to Java Programming. They said they would need you to enter a training program afterwards before you get to work.

Recruiter would reach out, followed by basic screening and online assessment. Unpaid two week training after, then there is an interview again. Quick response time from recruiters. First interview was through google meets and then they would give you a call after you finished the OA.

SOLID principle and video recordings about past experiences and projects.
Applied on Indeed. Work style assessment followed by a one way video interview (both done via Indeed). Technical round had 2 SQL questions about joining tables. Few resume/project related questions.

Worst experience ever. Recruiter scheduled a call, I kept waiting for his call but no response! tried contacting him via different communicators but no luck. They should value applicants time.
