I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Antra
Interview
Initial interview with beginner Java questions, then 1-2 weeks of initial training, then a final interview on the topics covered during the training. Not a difficult process if you focus on the initial training they give you or just study the topics on your own.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions you could find if you search "java interview questions" (new features in java 8, overriding vs overloading, etc.), and some questions in SQL as well (what are the types of joins?).

Interview
The interview process is simple. It starts with a brief phone interview, followed by a video interview where you can record multiple screen captures for each question. The questions cover behavioral topics, fundamental concepts, and programming challenges.
As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
