I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness in Aug 2017
Interview
Standard interview process. A few questions were asked and then were answered. Once that's passed there's a trial shift to do. There aren't any tests you need to do beforehand. The trial shift is more of a way to get a feel for the job.
I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Kensington, Chatham, GA)
Interview
It was mostly about how you'll be a good fit. They initially make you know what the role is all bout and the certification needed to obtain the job.
They then start asking the questions. I think you need to adderess why the company needs you and so on.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Bristol, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Telephone interview with Gym Manager, followed by a Face to Face meeting a week later. I was then asked to attend a trial shift where I had to show competence in lead generation and talking to prospects on the phone. I felt this gave me a good understanding of what I was going to be doing.
