There were three interviews. The first was getting to know me and then team members came in for the last two. It was 15 minutes for the first one and then thirty minutes each for the second two.

I was an internal hire; the hiring process was not complicated based on my previous experience. We also hire externally for this position. I was originally offered an internship and had to complete 90 days of internship before applying for full time permanent role.

About 30 minutes on the phone- a myriad of questions. Questions about skills, interests, and scenarios. The interviewer wanted to make sure that I had the skills and integrity and motivation to perform the tasks required.
