I had an interview with Anzy Careers a while back and process is as follows.
1. Test based on Aptitude and Basic English
2. Questions related to technologies and social media.
3. Scenario based questions on how would you deal with them.

1. What is LAMP stack.
2. What recruitment tools that you use.
3. Write a boolean search string for given requirement
4. What do you know about social media and linkedin. How do you source on Linkedin
Interview process was quick and good and amazing experience with anzy freshers can definitely get a good opportunity to learn and work with top product based companies . And can work an scaling companies

Checked about technical knowledge and recruitment knowledge
It was good. Smooth process. Friendly people. Good level of questions. Had 4 rounds of interview. CEO round was great. Very good work space and very experienced people in recruitment field
Very lengthy process, taking almost 1 hr for each discussion. Given more than 3 rounds of interview all together. Not very keen to reapply or refer any in future. Very bad experience.
