There is a virtual interview and then a face to face. You have some time to prepare before filming your response for the virtual interview, and the face to face includes sitting one on one with someone who started in the role you interview for. They walk you through the company structure and growth opportunities. The interview process was organized, I felt prepared for what to expect, I was followed up with via telephone and email to confirm the process and everyone was very friendly! Extremely vague. Would not answer my job duty or salary questions directly. When I asked what the salary was, she said it was 35-45k. I then asked of this was commissioned she said it was a combo of base, commissions, and bonuses but would not state the base pay. I asked if this was a customer service role as the job description onlynhad personality traits not actual tasks listed. She said the ultimate goal was to train me as a manager...then changed the subject.
