Met several people I would be working with, peers as well as those I would report to. Smart people that knew the role and the company well. They asked very detailed questions about all of the roles I had on my resume, as well as detailed questions about products, situations I have been in, and how I would handle certain situations.
Organized and quick, multiple rounds were handled efficiently. Standard questions and I was able to engage with team members at different levels. Interviews were interactive and conversational. I was able to learn about the team and culture.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews.
First round was with the Director and the Finance Manager, based on experience and background.
2nd round was with the Principal and a Director from tax, again based on experience and background. Some questions were asked about motivations for wanting to join.
3rd round was with the CFO, mainly based on personality and motivations. I guess they were assessing cultural fit more so at this stage. All in all, a straight forward process with clear communication from one round to the next.
