Recruiter was knowledgable about the position. Moved to hiring manager round, where they asked questions about past work experience, handling conflicts and projects etc. then got moved to system design round, which felt more like a subjective vibe check than assessing anything concrete/objective. the interviewer kept changing requirements of the given problem as we were discussing the solution. felt like there was no structure to it, and the interviewer kept interferring as we were discussing solution. will appreciate more order and let the candidate speak before interrupting
