App Innovation Technologies Python Developer interview questions

In Round 1 (Technical), they asked questions about OOP fundamentals, database concepts, and also asked me to write a Python program. In Round 2 (Technical System Test), they asked me to create an admin panel where I had to add details for at least five employees, including their salary, reviews, age, and department. In Round 3 (HR Round), they told me I was on the “green list,” which means I was selected. The HR explained the company policies and said that another HR would contact me within 2–3 days with further details. But even after two weeks, I didn’t receive any call or message. When I followed up, they said my position was put on hold. Until now, I haven’t received any update from App Innovation. Very unprofessional experience.
