I had only one interview with People Person. Was rejected after that. They looked for someone who will do everything starting from data analysis and ending with the support of relocated employees and office management. During the interview, we focused more on interaction with employees and discussed the reporting very briefly. I said I don't mind reporting, BUT I was rejected because data analysis makes an integral part of this job and they believe it cannot bring me long-term satisfaction. Well, we barely discussed it, how could you come up with such an idea? I see it as something really unprofessional.
