Chaotic is the word that come to mind. There was no schedule, agenda, or clear structure. There were also long periods of silence. In general poorly organized as a first interview with the company.

What will be the expected salary to start with us?
My experience with Appgrea's recruitment process has been incredibly disappointing. I had four interviews scheduled with them, two of which were canceled just minutes before the start time. The last one? No one even showed up, and I received no notice or explanation.
The Head of HR, repeatedly told me that the CEO, would join the calls, but every time, she later informed me that he had canceled. This happened multiple times, which left a terrible impression of how the company respects candidates' time and its overall organization.
Such disorganized behavior from a company’s HR and leadership is unprofessional and does not inspire confidence. I hope they take steps to improve this process for future candidates.
