AppLike Group interview questions

- Interview invite sent one hour before the meeting despite providing availability days in advance. - Salary range far below the seniority and scope of the role. - Case study described as a “2-hour task” but realistically required several days of detailed multi-market strategic work - unpaid. - Follow-up call requested urgently because they were “so impressed,” but on the call I was only asked "How are you" 4 times - felt superficial and had no discussion of the work. - Told the next step would be presenting the case study to senior leadership, yet later rejected for not “passing team calibration,” despite never meeting the team. - They offered a feedback call, scheduled it, I confirmed it, joined on time… and no one showed up! No cancellation, no apology, no email prior to that. - Hiring process felt disorganised, inconsistent, and lacking basic professionalism. - Roles appear to be continuously reposted, raising concerns about ghost jobs and using candidates’ work without intention to hire.

Die Erfahrung war insgesamt sehr positiv: pünktlich, angenehm, respektvoll, höflich. Alles lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Auch die Rückmeldung erfolgte erfreulich schnell, zuverlässig und professionell, sodass ich mich bestens betreut fühlte.
