Application & Resume Screening – Employers review submitted applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Initial Contact – This may be a phone or email conversation where recruiters confirm details and schedule the first interview.
Quick and efficient. I was referred through a friend, so was a quick process. Required a CV, and proof of identity. No actual interview or phone call was required, all processes were done over email.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. In 2019 I was invited in to have an interview with one of the managers who asked me when I can work etc and I got the job.
