The Hr asked technical questions that could the asked in the technical interview, he was a junior interviewing for a senior , the tech lead was arrogant and asked questions weren’t related to the role , a lot of Hr weren’t prepared , technical team arrogant and not prepared too , change rh people and hire good candidate and pay competitive salaries because right now they Pay below market , just another typical outsourcing company
