I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Applied Cardiac Systems (Lake Forest, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was very brief. They're a very small company and so there wasn't really an interview. They kind of took a chance with me. They knew I hadn't been hired anywhere else and I believe they started looking for interns at the last minute.

Question 1
They asked me my skill set and what classes I've taken. It was a very informal interview session.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Cardiac Systems
Interview
Lots of red flags while going through the interview process. First, there are weird reviews and conversation online about the company. They are older reviews so I took it with a grain of salt, but it is still unsettling.
All three of the people I interviewed with were not prepared for an interview. They had obviously never looked at my resume before and didn't even ask many interview type questions. Instead, they just read down my resume line by line and asked questions about past experiences.
I asked multiple interviewers the same questions, such as "Where do you see the direction of the sales strategy going?" and "What kind of total compensation can you expect from the average sales person?", and got different answers from each person.
They were also not good at communicating. I was told I would be contacted multiple times, and when I called in, the guy said he was busy and hadn't gotten around to looking into the candidates more.
