Interview
The interview for the intern is good and technical. For the software team at least you should be familiar with Azure and Python. Knowing C# or C++ is something that can distinguish interns.

It was odd. No real technical questions just a feel for who you are, how you are with people. The owner was hard to read but told you what you wanted to hear.
