Quite a quick process, an initial phone screen, then a meeting with the head of the recruitment team before a 3/3.5hr set of on site interviews. They for some unknown reason have a no shoes policy in their office. Which must be their attempt at being slightly kooky but simply doesn’t make any sense. The on site interviews look at 3 different aspects of the recruitment process, my issue was that 2 of the interviews were led by the most junior people in the room which makes no sense, they rely heavily on AI for their recruitment which in my opinion is wrong as recruitment in general should be human led. The team seemed lovely with some great experience there but the more junior members of staff have definitely drank the koolaid and the job is their whole life,

Interviews were quite long overall. A couple 1 hour calls for screening and behavioral. Then a 3 hour case study style interview testing writing skills, sales, and project management. Interview started by meeting the whole team and then there were 30 minute breakout sessions for each case study.
