Interview
The interview process is lengthy, as the administration schedules more than min 3 interviews/meetings to assess the qualifications of the candidate and their compatibility with the role. The administration should perform a better role in screening candidates and setting the clear and correct standards and expectations.
They are friendly upfront and seem to be indecisive on what they actually want. Which leads to a drawn out process. Overall timid approach to hiring. They could be more open with information.

Interview
Gradually went through the various management levels in the company. The interviews began via phone with various individuals and then went to in-person further in the interview process. The lenght of my interview process was rather quick since I was already working for the company and it was a department switch.
