Applied StemCell interview questions

I applied online and the next day I receive a phone call that lasted 5 minutes asking me to come on-site that week. HR didn't try to sell the company to me during that phone call until I requested a follow-up phone call prior to coming. Coming on-site, the team was nice and it was a pretty normal interview. Somewhat disorganized but nothing bad. Office and labs were more old-fashioned than what I'm used to. Starting pay is $90k and were not willing to go past $95k which is something I asked about during the follow-up phone call. I got ghosted after the on-site interview. I appreciated that the interview cycle was fast albeit unconventional.
