The first interview was over the phone with a HR Specialist. We talked general questions about myself including recent work, and education. She then explained the purpose of the company and details of the job role to see how that would fit into my expectations. Overall it seems to be a general first greeting to size you up for the role.
I was then setup for 2 following interviews one technical, and the final that was to be on site.
The technical interview was very oriented to the job role, and general knowledge you would expect to know for the position. Beyond that it seems to be a test of you ability to demonstrate understanding, and ability to learn or master technology.
