Interview
Process lasted approximately two weeks. It was pretty much a quick experience. First was the brief phone interview that scheduled a face-to-face interview about a week later. The interview was basically a 30 min session that involved taking an IQ test.

Interview
The interview process began with an initial screening conducted via email rather than a phone call. Candidates are asked standard pre-screening questions related to location requirements, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations before moving forward.
One important consideration for experienced candidates is compensation. Based on the information shared during the screening stage, the salary range for the Account Manager role appears to be on the lower end of the market for professionals with several years of experience, with this particular account manager position having a salary cap at $63,000. Candidates with mid-level experience may want to clarify salary expectations early to ensure alignment.
Overall, the process was straightforward, but greater upfront transparency around compensation could help set expectations and save time for both candidates and recruiters.

Interview
I interviewed with HR great interviews then was set up to meet with hiring manager. HR called me back prior to the interview to request that I take a clerical test to access my knowledge of the insurance industry. I have over 30 years of Management insurance in the insurance Industry have held VP to Manager type positions and am a licensed insurance agent I respectfully declined the interview and asked that my name be removed from consideration. You don’t get that far in your career if you don’t know basic operational skills in an insurance company I found it insulting. You could tell the HR person was embarrassed so it was definitely the hiring manager requesting the ridiculous testing.
