The interview was a basic 30 minute teams initial interview to get to know me. At the end of the interview, the hiring manager mentioned that they were looking to hire someone within the next 2 weeks and asked me for my availability to schedule a technical interview. After the call, I sent him the details that he asked for and he proceeded to ghost me after multiple follow up attempts throughout the next 2 weeks.
