Initial screening call before formal interview in the office meeting the wider team and stakeholders. involved a presentation. clear and quick process with feedback and good communication. Was clearly communicated from the beginning and heard back in expected time frames

Interview
Initial outreach via linkedin, teams call with commercial director followed by second stage teams call with head of customer experience and commercial director. The whole process was a pleasant experience and a refreshing change from some other interviews that i'd had recently. All of the team that I met throughout the process were warm and engaging and represent the appyway brand in a very positive light.

More conversational interview than simply having questions fired at me which was a great way to get to know the culture of appyway and for the interviewer to understand more about my personality and drivers.

Interview
Initial Interview with my managers (45 mins) who asked a range of questions about my background and the role. Then a follow up interview with a senior member of staff. Recruitment came back to me after a few days with an offer, I was able to follow up and ask any questions i had before i accepted the offer.
