Hire you. Phone call. Scripted. Easy. Will seem natural. Very easy. Typical. They will ask you many questions and walk you through as if it’s challenging but it’s not.

The interview process is very thorough which is very important because the culture within this company is BAR NONE! It is a multi level interview process where you will speak to a Partner, the VP of Operations as well as the CEO to finish the process.

Awesome! Three part interview that focuses on your personality, determination and ability to fit in with the amazing family culture. You also speak directly with the CEO which was a nice change of pace!
