The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aprio in Sept 2011
Interview
The initial process of socials and meet and greets was enjoyable despite them being exhausting. However, I was disappointed when my interview began over 15 minutes late and there seemed to be a lack of organization and professionalism by the HR person who interviewed me. She forgot my resume and was not even dressed in a business casual manner. This was of concern to me regarding the overall structure and organization of the firm because it is not very impressionable to send an unkempt person to interview a qualified and professionally mannered individual. I did not receive an offer from the firm, but it was not terribly disappointed because I was incredibly turned off by how the firm allowed itself to be represented.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aprio (Walnut Creek, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Overall, it was very relaxed, quick response in follow-up for the first and second round, and interviewers were very easy to talk to. First round was just the recruiter, second was a senior associate, then straight into a manager.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aprio in Mar 2020
Interview
I first interviewed with a regional HR manager and it went well so I was invited to the firms summer leadership program where I really got to know the firm. I was then invited to have a second interview with one of the partners with the firm before receiving a internship offer.
