Initial screening interview with recruiter, followed by interviews with two partners.
All three interviews were very casual and straightforward, and the firm was very quick to respond with an offer once all interviews had taken place.

Interview
I went through multiple rounds of interviews, starting with the recruiter. The Company has an internal recruiter that reached out and worked to determine if we would be a good fit. Then I interviewed with the specific team over the phone before doing an in office interview with four partners. This gave me a great feel for the structure and culture of the firm.
