Apryse Software Developer interview questions

2 phone screening, one on site interview with 2 devs and founder. All positive. Regular questions about prev experience and used technologies, 2 small technical task and many behaviors questions.

The interview process was 3 rounds: recruiter, manager, and c-suite. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to join this train wreck. They have ZERO respect for employees. They wanted me to take the offer immediately, give my two weeks notice the day after, then immediately start the job. Then it would go into Christmas, but they expected me to take vacation days, while going through onboarding before the new year starts. The recruiter (let’s call her JZ) is also extremely manipulative. Saying I’m not willing to carve out time, when in fact they’re asking me to work for free before I officially start. Stay away from this private equity owned train wreck! You’ll clearly see red flags throughout the process.
