The interview process was smooth and transparent. I first spoke to an HR representative to set up my phone and in-person interviews with the hiring manager. This rep was my liaison during the process and I felt comfortable asking her questions and talking about my expectations. My phone interview was close to an hour and we talked through the job, the company, and my experiences. It was very conversational. My interview on site was also with the hiring manager and I really got the feel for the culture and working environment and having already had a phone interview, I had a good idea of the questions I wanted to ask as well. It was one-on-one, but I was introduced to several people on the team. I was kept in the loop during the whole process and received an offer over the phone within the next week.
