Apty Business Development Manager interview questions

From day 1, I noticed this company needs massive improvement on the communication & co ordination front, HR folks never properly communicate about interviews and candidate are kept in the dark, at least I experienced it. Coming back to the interview, Hiring Manager seems to not like candidates with entreprenurial background because he never did something like that in his life so how can he hire smart people, so obviously he gets intimidated my interview lasted exactly 32 mins and despite proving the point that I have led teams and scaled, built processes and most importantly built a tech co from scratch, this really must have made him feel inferior and he thought I might be more smarter than him, so he rejected me. This is the story here, if you are a mediocre sales professional do apply here, trust me you will get a job in no time.
