Company seemed disorganized, initial interview went smoothly and next steps were mentioned, only to have recruiting team back track on multiple occasions and adding in various pieces of additional pre-work. Prompts were given as prework and noted that written answers were not to be discussed at in-person portion, the hiring manager clearly hadnt prepared for interview (visibly just then reading prework) and then proceeded to ask about written work and getting vocally frustrated with answers. Highly recommend thinking twice before joining team
