Phone screen took about 15 minutes, followed by a phone call from HR about a week later to set up an office interview with HR and proceeded by Team Manager. The office interviews took about one and a half hours total.

Several rounds of interviews, typical questions. Not difficult, had several rounds Of interviews meeting with upper management. Also met with the team I’d be working with, good idea of what the job entailed.

I applied the Customer Service Representative role online. First, I had a phone conversation with their recruiter, then Zoom interview with Team Leaders, and finally in-person interview with Senior Managers.

Interview
The interview process was a welcoming and friendly. First I met with HR and discussed benefits package and they asked me about my resume. Then I was taken up to shadow one of the reps for a half hour. Finally the two managers interviewed me about where I see myself in a few years, how I deal with adversity, etc.
