Applied on internship.com. They just looked at my resume and thought I was an impressive candidate. Since they offer unpaid internship, I did not have to go through an interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arbill (Phila, PA)
Interview
Normal, not too long but pleasant. HR very friendly and inviting. Made it seem as though this was a perfect match for both the company and me. Was given the job I interviewed for plus additional work that I wasn't expecting but was expected to do. More work than one person to do in a week's time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Arbill (Phila, PA) in Jul 2014
Interview
I had 2-3 interview with outside recruiter. Phone Interview with HR Manager. In person Interview with Supply Chain Manager. In person interview with VP of Operations. This whole process took from May to Mid-August. The originally had planned for 2 Buying positions. At the very end they reduced it to one position. They seem less interested in technical supply chain/buying qualifications, and place more importance on product knowledge of the industry.
