Clear, straightforward process with three steps: screening, technical interview, and an interview with leadership. Their process seems reasonable, and they appear like a big company with good initiatives and a stable financial background. I received generally good feedback throughout, but was ultimately disappointed to be rejected based on a requirement that wasn’t part of the original job description or the title, and the conversation was then cut short without further clarification.
During screening, they briefly mentioned they talk to candidates to see where they might fit, so they're basically just fishing. I have multiple friends who have had the same experience and were rejected or left without clear closure, not for their experience or skills.
