Interview
Began with a phone screening with the hiring manager. Next was an in-person interview in Chicago with the COO. He spoke more about himself than the position or company. The CEO was then brought in and refused to even glance at my resume, asked a question or two, made a couple statements, then left.

Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. The shocking thing is that I was not given an opportunity to ask any questions. Interviewing is a two way street: I'm interviewing my prospective company for a fit as much as they are trying to ascertain the same. The job was not my first choice after hearing feedback on how they treat their employees - this was sealed when I was not given the floor to ask any questions. This clearly communicated to me that on the job, my professional opinion and experience would be disregarded by senior management.

Question 1
Questions were pretty specific to my experience to the hotel's market.

Interview
They lack professionalism and hospitality. Very long process of back and forth with them stringing me along knowing I had turned down other opportunities only for them to ignore my follow up emails and never respond with an offer. Recruiter was rude and unprofessional with the scheduling. COO is scattered and spoke poorly about the hotel.
