Interview
It was easy. The interviewer asked easy and basic questions about food prep and safety. If you know the basics of the fast food industry, then you will have a satisfactory interview process.

Do you have previous fast-food restaurant experience?
The interview process was very simple and they asked the basic questions. I would recommend this interview process for anyone who has difficulty with interviewing. The manager was very nice.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arby's (Flowers, Warren, MS)
Interview
It was pretty straight forward, they asked me a few questions and after I told them about myself some more they hired me. So yea arbys is easy to get hired at.
