Archer Integrated Risk Management interview questions

3-round interview process: panel (background/system design) followed by a short director discussion. The panel was well-structured and positive. The final round was not. The director appeared to have limited context on the role and no consistent format, which made it difficult to follow. When the interview lost direction, the tone became dismissive and at times hostile, making the conversation uncomfortable and less collaborative. Given the scope of the role, this step would benefit from a more standardized approach or different ownership.

Questions ranged from resume based to core subjects and dsa questions. there were two rounds and all questions were divided across the two. We had two rounds one technical and one hr round.
