I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Archipelago Marine Research (Victoria, BC) in Nov 2019
Interview
Got a phone call by one of the hiring managers to schedule an appointment for an interview at their office. Between the phone call and interview, the hiring manager communicated via email on details of the job. The interview lasted about an hour and was pretty standard. I spent half the time talking about the role of the job.

Interview
Typical traditional process. I applied online with a cover letter, spoke on the phone about the job with my boss to be. After some short discussion about my expectations and previous experience I was invited in for one interview. Interview process was basic, and casual. Typical question and answer period.
