Interview
HR reached out via LinkedIn, briefed me about the role and I sent through my CV. Following that, an initial interview was scheduled with the Customer Success team manager. Subsequent interviews involved the Head of the GTM and then a CS team member. High level of communication and transparency throughout the entire process and took just over 2 weeks start to finish.

Interview
After spending 2 days on the design challenge i got a canned response saying i didn't get the job. I pushed for more info and was told that they had too many applicants to respond to me. Very unprofessional after putting so much effort in.
The design challenge was a redesign of their working app (which is a bit questionable to ask someone to do).
The role was for UI design but they were judging on UX.
The initial. interview was a quick 30 min chat with one of the founders which was pleasant and surface level.
Thank you for your feedback and sharing our experience with us. As a response we have reviewed our external recruitment partners to ensure a better experience for all candidates and proper feedback. I'm also sorry that you felt uncomfortable about the design challenge. Although we would never use work from an interview, we have now amended the challenge to be completely fictional so that candidates can be certain that it is just an opportunity for them to display their talent.
