Architectural Systems interview questions

Simple interview with the usual questions, including previous job experience and knowledge of softwares, even though there were several red flags. Interviewer seemed friendly and straight forward. This was a very easy interview and had nothing unusual about the questions asked.

very fast within days of initial email/resume submission. Although pleasant there was some anxiety from the interviewers part. I also met with another person from the exec team. Seemed like a shoe-in, but this is a very 'family run company" and there was some concerns from my part. However, the interviewer already asked when I could start. Then a few days later, interview changed their tune, they said they were still interviewing followed up by my email they offered it to someone else 2days later.
