Archways interview questions

Lengthy background check and drug testing which took several weeks followed by an individual interview followed by a group interview and written sample of a case note and case analysis

My resume was selected online and I was contacted to interview for the position, which was recently vacated. I met with the immediate manager and one of the organizations administrators within a week of initial contact. A cordial and open discussion was conducted during the interview, in which I was asked specific examples of my experience and accomplishments and what I would do in scenarios of dealing with difficult clients, as well as how I would work with employers in the community.
