I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arcon Construction (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
Interview 1 - Zoom was fine.
Interview 2 - In person, was horrendous. The enviroment is smaller than i was expecting, its the size of a 1 bedroom apartment in a residential building, There is no HR, No Benifits, No 401k, No PTO. One Bathroom shared among 2-4 office staff and numerous outside contractors that come to use the single stall bathroom. Not very cleaned, the interviewer told me it was disgusting; and the turn over of staff is high.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Arcon Construction (Bengaluru) in Oct 2010
Interview
Naturally, the interview process is varied. Some candidates partake in 4 interviews with 4-5 people at a time while others, depending on the position, may be subjected to as many as 10 interviews. Some of the more basic questions touch on why someone wants to work for Apple with one applicant noting that they’re looking for “obsessive brand loyalty.” The interviewers often include potential peers and managers, and in some instances, department VPs.
