Similar to what another poster had written. I was interviewed by two different people 30 minutes at a time via ZOOM. The one guy seemed as though he was a little upset because I didn't ask him about all the clutter he had on the shelves behind him. He also twisted one of my responses to a question around, taking it way out of context to make it negative! Very arrogant! I have never seen anything like it. There was an excel spreadsheet that was supposed to be involved but because I wasn't familiar with how to use vlookup, we didn't look at it. As someone else mentioned, those skills are easily learned. Also, there is training on a job anyway so I kind of feel like this was a cop out of sorts. Both interviewers kept asking what I didn’t like about the job I am leaving as though they wanted me to say something really bad, very odd.
