It's hard to write much about this as I was hired through friends who already worked there. I was asked about my previous experience in Soccer, if I had refereed before, my experience working with children, and my previous history with customer service, conflict resolution and time management. This was many years ago, and I assume the new corporate philosophy has impacted their hiring practices.
