1 Initial Interview - Chat with an Manager about your background and fit.
2 Take Home Test - Golang assignment.
3 Review Session - Deep dive into your home test.
Pros - Clear communication from HR and structured process
Cons - Interviewers lacked AWS expertise, which led to some communication gaps during the interview and poorly explained take home test document.
