Interview
The first interview lasted about 45 minutes. Friendly and engaging but maintained professionalism. Good questions and understanding of the role and company. Lots of behavioral questions, so be prepared for that.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a disagreement between you and another employee.
4 different interviews. One with the original recruiter. One with the roles manager. One with a whole panel of people and the last interview with the department supervisor/higher-up. The last interview was pretty one-sided with the higher-up doing most of the talking. The panel interview was questions asked by the panel members.
The interview process is a Teams interview, background of yourself and background of the trainer. Then you answer questions the manager asks you. The interview is about 45 minutes long. If you pass the first interview you then will have another interview.
