The HR team at Ariat is fantastic and extremely well organized. All HR interviews were straight forward and good-natured.
The company however is another matter - there is true "tribal" environment and you will be interviewed by 10+ people with varying degrees of relevance to the role. Many of these people will not be prepared with good questions and you will be treading water or leading the interview yourself. (Ex: One interview lasted an hour without any real depth.) It is obvious though that each of these people has a big weigh into the hiring process and just one can make or break you. For better or worse company seems more interested universal office approval than finding the best talent for the role and future of the brand.
Be prepared that the company does not seem receptive to change so tread lightly bringing up suggestions. Singing praises may be the best way in...
