      Clinical Programs Pharmacist Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Arine in Mar 2026

      Interview

With all due respect, and with full transparency and honesty. To leave someone hanging really sucks. In today's age, giving real feedback is often avoided because people fear hurting feelings or starting a back-and-forth argument. I applied to Arine almost a year ago for a Lead pharmacist position and the recruiter I worked with then was awful. I was offerred a random "senior pharmacist position" but because the whole process was terrible I opted at the time to pass on the offer. I decided to apply again since it was a different role and a different team and I whistfully believe in pharmacists and what we can do when working at the top of our license. But I still felt it was disorganized and lacked trust or honesty. Financially and mentally, I am in a position where I can be okay without having gotten the job. That is ok and I feel lucky for that. But many people would really struggle with the communication I experienced. Conducting interviews when key players will be on vacation for a week or suddenly changing the role's direction, is unprofessional at best and rude at worst. I wish Arine all the best and really hope that it can become a forward-thinking pharmacist organization, not a place so unorganized that real talent gets shuttled along like cattle. I write this for all the future and current applicants because no one else will say it, since it is "not the professional thing to do" and offers me zero benefit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take feedback like this seriously and appreciate the candor. We’re sorry to hear that your interactions with our team felt disorganized and left you without the level of communication and transparency you deserved. That’s not the experience we aim to provide to any candidate. You’re absolutely right that timely communication, clear expectations, and respect for a candidate’s time are critical, especially during a process that can already feel high-stakes. We also acknowledge that your earlier experience with us did not meet expectations, and it’s disappointing to hear that your recent experience did not reflect meaningful improvement. That’s something we are actively working to address as we continue to evolve our hiring practices and internal coordination. Your feedback regarding interview timing, role clarity, and overall communication has been shared with our team. We are committed to improving in these areas so that candidates feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. We truly appreciate your perspective and your belief in the impact pharmacists can have when empowered to work at the top of their license. We wish you continued success and thank you again for taking the time to share this.
