Recruiter then hiring manager then team pretty basic questions and took about 4 weeks total of interviews the time between interviews was lengthy and I had other interviews at same time so they were not as quick to get back to me on whether or not I would move to next steps overall nice people and down to earth feeling from the questions

Interview
1st phase: short call with HR. Talking about my experience and expectations.
2nd phase: Technical interview with Head of Product and Senior PM. Technical questions.
3rd phase: Home test
On the second interview I was told that I would receive the test after a week which turned to be 3 weeks. After that I was waiting 7 weeks to get a feedback. During this time I tried reaching out to HR but I was either ignored or the response were delayed.
Waiting almost 2 months to get a final response is frustrating for every candidate. Also, is very unprofessional and speaks a lot about how this company is treating candidates and employees. I will never apply in this company again.

I was really disappointed to have gone through 5 rounds of interviews at Aristocrat only to have been completely ghosted by the recruiter. Says a lot about the company culture, internal communications, and how they value individuals and their time.

Question 1
Was asked the same basic questions over and over again during each round of interviews. “Why did you pick this company”, “Tell a story where things didn’t go well and your response”, “Tell a story where things went well”, reviewed my resume, and opened it up for questions. You could tell that communication between the hiring team members between rounds was not great and there was no real format for interviewing. The first phone interview with the recruiter was scheduled for 30 minutes, but she spent an hour instead rambling on about what it was like to work during the pandemic and barely asked me any applicable questions. Really disappointing communication and professionalism.
